AbstractThis article is a compilation of recent Canadian court decisions pertaining to oil and gas law. Case law in the following areas has been surveyed: (1) contracts and torts; (2) lands, leases and titles; (3) royalty agreements; (4) surface rights; (5) offshore drilling; (6) administrative law; (7) environmental law; (8) tax; (9) directors' liability; (10) fiduciary duties; and (11) civil procedure.
Author(s) retain original copyright in the substantive content of the titled work, subject to the following rights that are granted indefinitely:
