Land Titles Act Case List
DOI:
https://doi.org/10.29173/alr2317Abstract
This list of cases was prepared for the internal use of the Institute of Law Research and Reform in its project on the revision of the Land Titles Act. It seems likely however to prove a useful reference for practitioners and others doing research into this area of the law. It was prepared during the summer of 1974 under the direction of Professor M. Sychuk of the Faculty of Law, University of Alberta, by Heather Lamoureux and Norman Picard who at the time were students in the Faculty of Law. The list was recently updated to include cases decided up to February of 1976.Downloads
