Abstract

The author analyzes two recent cases on the extradition of terrorists. The two cases, while procedurally and formally not inconsistent, are anomalous in substance. The author explores the political offence exemption, the reasons for the different outcomes of the cases and makes a comparison between the treatment of anarchists and terrorists.
